MsNymph -> RE: Domme / sub age difference (5/27/2014 7:19:15 PM)

Age is not an issue for me in a M/s dynamic, because that's all it is. I have my lifetime relationship, which is completely separate from this.

Older, younger, bring 'em on, I don't care as long as the right chemistry is there for our dynamic.

I prefer guys within ten or fifteen years of my own age in either direction. I just do.

I've noticed that virility sharply drops after mid-to-late 40's,
Their porn-surfing habits intensify as their ability to get hard-ons diminishes.

I may have to start going younger for good. Ten years older? Hell, no, I can't even consider 5 years older, if that.

Could you elucidate, Is the finger-wagging for the naughty wankers and their porn addictions, or intended for me--for pointing this out? Or both?

It is intended for you.
For assuming the unsupported, unsubstantiated opinion that

'I've noticed that virility sharply drops after mid-to-late 40's, their ability to get hard-ons diminishes."

This, however, is nothing short of a diving leap at a net ball with the save costing your body at least a dozen square inches of court rash.

"There are always exceptional men."

[FO:] "I've noticed that virility sharply drops after mid-to-late 40's, their ability to get hard-ons diminishes."

If you will note, I prefaced 'I've noticed' because this is a subjective observation I've made taking into consideration what many women have told me about their partners - morning wood notwithstanding - and includes slower recovery time.
If you can locate a published clinical study that doesn't show a precipitous decline in male virility from the 30's onwards (in comparison to the late teens thru 20's), I'd be happy to take a look at it. [:)]

Who's shelling out the dough for packets of Viagara? It's not women for their own selves, to increase their own sex drives.
It would be an unsupported, unsubstantiated position to be in denial and become defensive just because your mileage may vary.

How colorful. I was giving the benefit of the doubt based on common-sensical knowledge that to every rule there is an exception, unless you'd like to disabuse me of such speculation.

Not at all. I thought it was a spectacular save,as was your reason for including it.

thishereboi -> RE: Domme / sub age difference (6/15/2014 9:03:12 AM)

For me the only time age matters is if I am going to be in an intimate relationship with them. If I am just playing with them at a party, I don't care as long as they are legal adults.

I would submit that if the subset of males over 40 who do not smoke or otherwise debilitate thier bodies were checked for virility vs 20 year olds the differences would smaller by several orders of magnitude.
Granted I have only myself as a base line. My endocrinologist thinks it is funny to tell the women in his employ to keep their distance from me as my testosterone count is still over 780.

And you had contended elsewhere that being 'exceptional' was a sucky compliment? [8|]

That "sucky" compliment was offered before you knew that particular aspect of my exceptionalism.[;)]
In addition, there are other exceptional aspects of my personality

1. What is the maximum acceptable age difference? How much younger he can be than you? How much older?

It's what it should be.

2. Do you prefer younger or older sub?

Yes.

3. Is it a bit different than in vanilla relationship where men tend to be older, or it's the same thing?

Men tend to be older.

mistressneon -> RE: Domme / sub age difference (6/19/2014 7:52:48 AM)

I agree with the consensus for the most part-if he is 21,he's old enough. I'm 35 and I can take 'em ten years either way. For sessions, I seem to prefer them ten or more years older...they tend to be more generous, more articulate about what they want, etc.. While physically, I'm attracted to the way a young body looks. I'm more impressed by the way a more mature mind thinks. However, if the young blood with the hot bod happens to be an old soul, there you have the best of both worlds. But basically, age is just a number. I'd rather have a young acting older man that is fun than a younger man who is dull. --MISTRESS NEON,MOTO-Mistress Of The Obvious

Same here. The problem with these youngbloods is that eventually they will want to settle down and start a family for the most part, and I'm past that stage, so not a likelihood of finding a life partner there. As well as the lack-of-maturity and generational gap issues with a much younger man, not to mention the creepy feeling factor of being with a man who is young enough to be my son. [:'(]

If this is just for casual, no-commitment play, that's a different matter--but that's not for me, and I've sewn my wild oats a long time ago.

On Blonderfluff's "Compromise" thread, I had said that I'd rather have two fabulous years with somebody who's right for me than ten mediocre ones with somebody who isn't the better overall choice, and I still stand by that statement.

Anyone has seen the eating scene from "tom jones a foundling" might disagree with your assessment of the squick factor.

I believe that you are only as old as the women you feel.

Doesn't this
I'd rather have
Indicate mutual exclusivity?

Well, if you're going to be a stickler, I was making a point, yanno, so then I had to reference back to that already-made point. Comprendez-vous?
