How many people browse collarme.com on a smartphone? If so then why hasn't a popular site gotten with the times and made an app? Preferably upgrade the look of it mobile site as well? I browse on my smartphone but the first thing I do is switch to full site. I'm a firm believer that a pretty and intuitive interface is always a good step to cause growth and usage.

They're using the same busted forum software that they did a decade ago. We'll all have Jetsons flying cars before we ever see such a mobile app.

I frequent several sites that over the last year or so have "upgraded" their sites to make them more smart phone friendly. It seem that when they do that they invariably screw it up for the home computer user.

CollarChat seems to work well enough on my phone, though I've only ever thumbed one post using my mobile. And most of the freebie web cafes around here block the site because it's "naughty".
