Depends. If the random guy had been harassing you about how you should kick him in the balls because he's so good looking, and won't leave you alone, then slapping him to stop the harassment might be argued to be self defense.

I don't appreciate sexual talk from strangers. Note, this is not saying that you should not bring up sexual topics, or ask sexual questions, such as yours, on a board such as this. It is a direct answer to the question. If a strange man walked up to me and asked me to kick him in the nuts, I would consider that sexual harassment. I would tell him to get the ef away from me, and if he did not promptly do that, I would report him to the powers that be.
