For years, I have been bitching about disparity between sentencing of male sex offenders/rapists as opposed to the females. What I wanted was the same harsh sentences for females as for males. Unfortunately, that's not what has happened, here. This is fucking ridiculous! I didn't want sentences *reduced* for males. I believe there should be a special circle of hell for anyone who molests/rapes a child. The scum should have been executed or, at the very least, rot in jail. Screen captures *still* RULE! Ya feel me?

The Montana Supreme Court has overturned the sentence and ordered a new judge to resentence the guy.

Wow, the girl committed suicide. That was prior to the sentencing, but still. Poor thing.

You do know that "Stacy" is a guy........right? Hmmm, with a tad bit of actually reading the OP's post we will see that he's pissed that the offender only got a 1 month sentence. He didn't say that the offender was a woman. Since he wrote "I didn't want sentences reduced for males", I'd say that yes, he was aware that Stacy was a guy.

Well---" for years" he`s been upset that females get shorter jail terms.... I assume this is what was meant b/c it`s more or less true. Females seducing male UMs often get shorter sentences then males who seduce female UMs and this burns the extreme rightists bonkers......You know.....because their life is soooooo unfair because of this.[8\|] "What I wanted was the same harsh sentences for females as for males. Unfortunately, that's not what has happened, here" In this sentence,he`s referring a female`s punishment for rape and how upsetingly short the term is. But the victim here, is the girl..... One more embarrassing fail in a long list from this angry white guy..... He`s had a ~problem~ with females "for years"......and it comes out as irrational blubbering and misdirected anger. I bet he read maybe two sentences and went scampering off to post his "gold" on CM.......[:D] If he had just voiced outrage at such a short sentence that caused so much tragedy without the obnoxious woman hating,life is so unfair for male rapists stupidity.......we`d all be agreeing.
