I don't know if this is a stupid thing to ask; but I am new to this whole thing and I don't really know what to write in my profile text.

Can get some guide lines to what to write and what people look for in these?

I am not asking for you to write a profile text for me, just what to include in it.

Welcome, Valkyrien. I read your profile. It's nice. It won't stand out, though. To see what I see, it may help to read what you've written and see which things could be said about absolutely anybody versus what is unique about you.

It's a bit confusing that you've chosen the Dominant label for yourself while you are also seeking:

Dominant Women
Submissive Women
Switch Women.

Around here, that translates to: this guy is looking for sex, with anyone whom will have him. If that is not what you mean to convey, then I'd also add a part explaining what your interest is in these very different types of women.

Perhaps you are a Switch?

Thank you for the feedback!

I think that setting was default with the "Dominant" label. I didn't even see that before now. LOL

Edit; maybe not. I made this profile really late last night haha

When people view different profiles, what kind of info are they looking for?

I think you need to figure out who you are writing your profile for and why. I wouldn't worry as much about what info people are looking for so you can put it in your profile too. After all, I'm sure you realize people are different and you could ask 5 people that question and get 5 different answers. What I personally would focus on is representing myself in my profile and tailoring what I say there to the person I'm hoping to attract. It's bound to be better than throwing a bunch of random stuff at a wall and then hoping something sticks.

Point taken. I just don't want to sound like a weirdo in my profile, but then again being normal is boring anyway

I looked over your profile and it sounded fine to me. It's about you as a person, which is awesome because I personally hate reading the "Im so über DOMINANT DOMLY DOM (caps intentional)" bullshit profiles. Maybe touch a bit on what type of connection situation you are looking for and I think you are set. Just be prepared to be patient because it does take time. It took me 6 years to finally find my guy, but those 6 years were worth the wait in the long run because I'm really happy with the outcome from that wait.

If you get a chance, you can also check out the scene up there. It's easier to find someone compatible at events than it is online. Not saying online is impossible, but it's more difficult

That was a good idea to add to the profile text actually. But don't worry I am in no rush :)

Do you know of a site that lists events where you can narrow them down to regions?

The one thing I'm not seeing is where in your life is there room for someone else. So do you expect her to be a gym rat also? Aren't there any activities you do that could be done with a partner? Bicycling, hiking, playing Cards Against Humanity?

I want to know what exactly are you looking for, a glimpse into what are your kinks as well as your hobbies and interest outside of kinks, and a little clue about how are you as a person.

I thought I covered that in my profile text? ...Or are you talking about what YOU are looking for when looking through profiles?
