Ya Know my Grandmother used to say "An Old Cow will need their tail come fly time"

By which she meant, that the people can bypass you, marginalize you, ignore you, miss treat you like a cow does their tail, but ultimately they will need you, like a cow does in the summer to knock off flies.

I had a young lady I was dating, got mad with me, told me to go F_ck my self and she never wanted to see or hear from me again.

Long story very short, I was getting ready to go out yesterday, and she called me telling me that she was across the street at the dairy bar wanting to have lunch with me.

Well it must be fly time!

I LOVE , when stuff like this happens to me!

I swear I am not very sadistic but my favorite thing to do is remind them of all the shit they said when it was "Winter" (using your grandma's analogy).

The first time it happened to me, I was 13 years old. I was with a girl one year older than I.

Suddenly, my step-brother (with whom I had never gotten along) starts showing some "brotherly concern" and telling me that Marianne "had a reputation". I told him I was counting on that.

Son of a bean, she comes to me and says: "I need some time to myself" or some such crap and, the next day, she's at my house, looking for my step-brother (she was dumb as a box of rocks but she was a hottie. Think Cherrie Curry from The Runaways).

Well, about five days later, she walks up to me in school and says: "Your brother doesn't know how to treat a girl ..." and goes to put her arm around me. That wasn't working. I said some mean (but very true) things and left her, crying in the hallway.

My grandmother always told me that revenge was a dish, best served cold. I hope you didn't have a hot meal?

I have bad experiences going back to ex-girlfriends, seems like if they broke your heart once, they will do it again.

I don't know what she got mad with you for, or what the story is between you two. But just keep that in mind.
