sandyTheSub -> Teamviewer Domination? (5/12/2014 11:37:07 AM)

Hi everyone :)

I've been looking around lots of profiles and lots of dommes have listed "teamviewer domination" or something similar on their profile.
I googled and found that teamviewer is a program to control someones computer. But that didn't make it much clearer.

Can anyone explain to me in simple english what "teamviewer domination" is?

Thank you :)

I believe it's all part of the blackmail fantasy. As in 'you'd better do xyz on cam for me or I'll send these naughty pictures to your mom and your boss'.

If I can control your computer, I can get people's contact details, your bank information, facebook login etc.

That just sounds creepy to me. I mean, I wouldn't want to do it anyway.

creepy is putting it mildly!

I am a FinDom, but I am very protective over my own PC, so would not even think about messing in anyone's PC. You would not believe how many beg me to do it though. I refuse of course, but some really get off on having someone invade/exploit/whatever them in that way. The thought of that just scares the bageebers out of me.

I does seem to be very popular from what I can see. Just another way to control and be controlled using something that is very personal and important in everyday life.

I agree. It scares the crap out of me. The person whose computer you're controlling could go after you for fraud, blackmail, or identity theft. No bueno.

All true and I don't use it, but my voyeuristic side still gets a little tingle at the thought of that program.

It also gives them the ability to melt your hard drive if they want to and have the know how. I have seen this done to more than one person and would not recommend it to anyone.

While I agree that it's not a smart thing to do, unless you actually blackmail him or try to rip him off I don't see how you can be charged with any of those. Just having control of someone else's computer is not a crime, IT people do it all the time.

So giving someone access to your computer is too risky? But letting someone beat you with a whip is not? Like anything with BDSM, you should not engage in anything without developing a proper level of trust. There is nothing wrong with using Teamviewer if you take proper precautions.

Aurelio87 -> RE: Teamviewer Domination? (5/29/2014 11:20:39 AM)

How risky it is depends on what you have and what you do on your computer. If you use it on a computer which does not contain any delicate stuff on it, then it's not scary at all. But then it's not interesting either. :)

If someone has 2 computers, you can do temviewer thing on a computer from which all questionable things have been previously deleted (pictures, log ins on various sites, credit card numbers, porn, personal documents and data, etc)
