Is there anyway to get back in good graces with support? I got the "welcome to CM" email, but when I type in my name, it says "no users found."
Several of my roomates share the same computer. Who knows why my profile refuses to pop up. I have no idea, if someone hacked my account or one of my roomates got banned or what. It's frustrating.

I cant afford to buy a computer & I cant go to the library and make an account, it's not allowed.

What am I to do? I met a really nice guy on here, who'd like to see my profile, but he can't.

Did you post naked pics that violated TOS? Or an email address or phone number? If you did, that might explain it.
Also. Coming here to complain won't get you into Supports good graces. Support for the CollarMe side is on the CollarMe side. This is CollarChat. Different administration.

I didnt come here to complain, I came here to ask. I figured those who weren't newbies would know.

I have no idea what else happened, all I know is what I stated.

Sorry, I asked support, but have never got a response.

Im confused, not bitching, huge difference.

Support probably hasn't had time to get back to you yet. You are able to log in and access your account, so it hasn't been closed. Other than what Blonderfluff asked about, which could have put a temporary hold on your account, when I come across No Users Found, that means your profile is hidden (or that an account has been closed). Did you hide your profile without realizing it? Check your settings whether this box has been checked off, uncheck it, then resave your settings.

If I were you, with the roommates, I'd password protect my account and logoff at the end of each session.
