Status: offline 		I know about munches (where all kinks are welcome in a vanilla atmosphere) and of dungeon clubs (such as the Citadel - but none are near me that I know of in Cupertino), but, are there FemDomme specific gatherings where prospective subs meet potential Dominas?

To answer your question, OP, there used to be tea parties in private bay area homes where male subs apply (and pay a nominal amount) to serve. The fee was for helping defray expenses of the event. 'Service' meant kitchen help, chef, waiter and tea service, facility clean-up and sometimes foot or hand massage for the ladies wanting it. There was no public play at the parties and they were not specifically for hookup trawling. Many of the servers were already owned by attending dommes. Potentials had to be vetted through an existing member and accept strict conduct guidelines as well as go through protocol training prior to the event. An unknown couldn't just show up, pay the ~$15 and waltz in with a serving tray expecting to end up with his face between a woman's legs. Sorry, dude.

For all I know, there may still be these events. Since you're so good at computer stuff try doing a search for 'SF bay area tea parties'.

Other than that...nothing I'm aware of except pay to play, which should be no news to you whatsoever. Dominant women really don't have a need to gather or attend events to find partners. Plenty of partners find them.

Status: offline 		To be clear, a "munch" is a casual gathering of kinky individuals in a public place such a restaurant for dinner. People meet, chat, eat, and make friends. There are many different munches: some are pansexual (meaning for Anybody), and some are more specialized such as munches for littles/ageplay, munches for young people (tng), munches for femdom/malesub (such as ClubFem.com), etc.

Do not go to a munch thinking it is a place only for singles seeking singles. It isn't.

And always remember that finding the right person and developing a connection takes time.

If you want to meet one then contact her online and she if she's interested in meeting in person to get to know one another and see if you're both a good fit for one another.

This, I know. And accept.
It's worse when you consider the fakes and flakes.
Even worse when you add the findommes, who are only after the coin.
That's why I'm seeking an actual event.

Googling, I can't find any dungeons other than the Citadel, within a reasonable distance - and I would consider the city a bit far for frequent travel anyway (the traffic up there scares me out of my wits).

I have been to munches, and, luckily, they abound here (they meet weekly and monthly) but I was asking specifically if there were femdom-only events. If there are, I can't find them yet. Which is why I had asked the experts here.

Yes. I understand. That is the typical approach. And not unreasonable, albeit fraught with fakes & flakes, and the curse of the numbers game. Thank you very much for the kind advice.
