A whole bunch of men who listed themselves as submissive on their profile have asked me to "milk them" via cam. Can someone explain to me what that is? I tried googling it but I can't find an answer. So what is "milking" and how does one do it to themselves?

I've heard it used in three ways:

- Just make them cum, basically
- prostate milking, which is where the prostate is stimulated so that cum is released without the sensation of orgasm
- lactation

Now presumably they don't mean lactation. Prostate milking is a pretty common fetish but I honestly don't know what that would entail over cam. So that either leaves just making them cum (the phrase 'milk them' would imply that they want you to act like you require them to cum for your own benefit rather than doing them a favour) OR they have something very specific in mind with regard to prostate milking. I think you'll have to ask them.

Yes, Athena is correct.

The concept of milking is getting cum out of a man without it being for the man's enjoyment. Generally it would be either by prostate stimulation, or by masturbation. Prostate stimulation can be done in a way that does not entail orgasm. Masturbation would entail orgasm, but you could continue (or order him to) until ejaculation occurs multiple times, and the penis becomes raw and painful to masturbate. Each successive ejaculation would become less enjoyable because there's "less in the tank" and adding the pain, the man would probably begin to feel used by the woman for her pleasure, not his.

Prostate milking within the realms of BDSM is not something that is easy to learn. When the Domme gets the sub to ejaculate without orgasm, she's conditioned him to relax his pelvic muscles to the point where he won't feel the orgasm. A finger on the prostate tells the Domme if he managed to 'just' ejaculate or if he did in fact have an orgasm. You can't do this on camera and I doubt very much these submissive men have conditioned themselves enough to ejaculate without orgasm. also, if i may add....

for online play hands free denial milking - tens and electro units would work. The sub/slave can set the units per specifications of Dom/Master while being able to physically show Them.

I would ask them what they mean by milking...some guys might have fantasies of being attached to a milking machine, like a cow, that would "force" them to have one orgasm after the next until their orgasms are dry (and painful). Others just want their prostate milked.

Not always...some toys really do work. I can't remember the name of one, but it was metal, a one piece device that went around his penis and balls to secure it in place...and the rest of it went across his perineum and up his butt. (There were three metal balls.) We made something to prevent this from popping out at a bad time.

His walking around the house stimulated him. Giving a foot bath, doing laundry, whatever, this device would stimulate his prostate. Pre-cum would hang down in a long line. Its true that men can buy prostate toys or indeed use an oiled lubed finger on the prostate in an attempt to self milk. This sort of milking and yes, there are two sorts, is the 'WOW factor' milking experience and not the sort of milking, where he achieves an anorgasmic ejaculation (ejaculates without orgasm)

What you describe in your first post Cynthia, is ejaculation denial, not milking. In your last post you said, " IMHO, milking (with or without allowing an eventual orgasm) is possible through using toys." Are you talking about ejaculating without orgasm? or an orgasm without ejaculation?

To add some perspective from the view of the one being milked: I have experienced prostate milking in the past and must say it is an "interesting" experience. It was performed by someone who was a qualified nurse and clearly had practised. From her comments it is not an easy thing to learn.
It basically consists of finger(s) inserted into the rectum and then gently feeling and rubbing it to encourage the ejaculate fluids that build up there to seep out. She said the difficulty in learning stems from two areas - firstly finding the prostate is apparently not that easy: she had been taught as part of learning some formal training for prostate examinations. The other difficulty is that once it is found touching it can be arousing for many men so can result in regular orgasm which is not the point. She said the trick was to observe the subject and watch for signs of arousal and to do it firmly but gently.
When done on me, it was not like ejaculation at all and I did not orgasm. Instead it was like a stream of precum coming from my penis but in greater volume and felt a bit like peeing but without the feelings in the bladder. She collected all the material and I was surprised to see how much there was - at least as much as when I normally ejaculate. It was much clearer though which she explained was due to there being almost no semen as that is only added during a normal ejaculation.
Because of the whole ritual and procedure involved it definitely brought out submissive feelings and was not without its own pleasure but definitely not the same as being allowed to ejaculate.
After it definitely reduced my sexual urges a little - that feeling inside that happens when I have not cum for a while had gone and did not return for several days.
