First - I cannot say anything about your Master as I do not know either of you.
Speaking about my practices, as a sign of her submission between us, I have her maintain shaving anything rooted below the nose. That is my personal preference, but I phrase it as a sign of her submission ... something she does because she has given me her submission.

The only exception that I have done was to command her NOT to shave her pubes when she willingly violated my instructions. Within a few days, she was very sorry and begging to be permitted to shave. The hair she had not had for sometime seriously bothered her. I kept her begging for relief for a week before shaving her myself.

My idiot skin cannot handle shaving or waxing, and laser was a painful waste of money that left burns.

I just trim super close using this. It's pretty awesome, and the foil lets me go super smooth.

As far as preferences, he loves smooth, but was put off by the long recovery from shaving/waxing, so I'm forbidden from further salon trips. :3 He will, on occasion, suggest a landing strip or something, but it's usually up to me.

I'm going to dye it a stupid color and see what he thinks about that.

Laser hair removal only works on dark hairs. If you are blondish it won't work. Yes I had my ass lasered also. I have fair skin but not terribly sensitive. Had a tiny bit of redness. Only said ouch once but I'm a maso so for others it prob hurts more. They will offer ice and can put on a gel or cream after. It takes about 6-8 visits Abt 6 weeks apart to be completely finished. I paid a grand.

I have been considering having laser hair removal for awhile. If you don't mind my asking, are the results as smooth and clean as those of the actresses in porn? If so, do these results occur after the time intervals you described in your post? Is there additional maintenance you do at home, i.e. having to shave any individual hair that pops up, or are you left completely bare of all hair growing back? Do you go back to salon at later intervals for touch-ups or maintenance? Sorry for all the questions, but I would appreciate the info you could provide from your own experience. I do understand that individual results may vary. Thank you in advance.

As a dom I would say do what the dom asks. If you are that opposed move on to a different relationship if not be quiet and obey. Is it worth stopping a relationship over? That is the major question here that is unasked. If not then do what he asks and smile and love him for telling you what to do.

Yeah seems to me he keeps asking you to change as a dominant thing. I don't do hair removal, but that aside, I wouldn't be keen on your situation solely due to the skin irritation/expense/time factor that I'm not sure men who don't do hair removal understand?

I've asked my gyno and she said "I'd really recommend you do not go this route with your history of easy yeast infections, this could make that much worse..."
So for now I'm just trimming =/ We will see what I end up deciding...

The question is double.
A) Does the framework within which your Master and you practice the BDSM lifestyle included you giving up control on those bodily aspects (and from what I read in your main question the answer is yes) or not.
If so the answer to the first part is YES, he can, you relinquished control over that. If it was negotiated out (woman in a vanilla relationship that consult a Dominant or Trainer without the knowledge of their partner often do negotiate such things out for obvious reasons), then NO.

B) As for the mind changing. Well as long as you shaved the traditional way hair grows back. With laser it is quite final. I am all for shaved but not at all for laser.
The shaving/hair itself can be used in/as play (amongst others in humiliation play, House discipline and signalling/ranking if you are in a poly-house).
Making the sub/slave trimming it or shaving it daily (you check with a cotton if it has been well done) can be part of discipline.

Your Master for sure knows if he uses the shaving in one of the above scenario's or just as part an erotic experience.
The beauty of the thing is that you don't need to know, and actually that you, holding the submissive role, should/could draw a deeper sub-experience from it by not knowing and complying with the orders without questioning.

Actually if you like to be shaved all the time the moments that he forbids you to shave should be the stronger ones because they allow you to give more up of yourself (feel the power exchange better) to please your Master/Dom which for a sub is the top of the agenda.

So many people, some even with much experience demand a shaved pussy and see it as just a matter of personal choice; especially your Master's. However the fact is that vaginal hair is there for a reason and it is about good health. Vaginal hair keeps bad bacteria away from your vagina. Its function is much like eyelashes. If a woman is clean and attentive to her hygiene, there should be no problem with vaginal hair. This is true for men as well. I often wonder if a Master, who says 'Yuck" about his sub's vaginal hair and would understand a sub who said 'Yuck" to swallowing his cum? I guess in the end, a god Master will choose his sub's well being before his own yuck. But who knows?

The only problem I have with vaginal hair on me is I hate it and I'm glad Master doesn't like vaginal hair. If he did like it and wanted me to grow it back, I would do it for him but I wouldn't be too happy about it. I like bare mainly because everything sexual feels so much better to me, more sensitivity with no hair cushioning and coming between whatever is touching my skin whether it's tongue, fingers, toys, his dick, my own hands or whatever other tools he uses on me. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It sounds like your master likes both, but changes his mind once in a while. And yes, if your body is his then just view it as that.
But, if this does bug then just bring it up to your master.

As far as myself, I prefer shaved or waxed

@Bondalee1 - I'm going to have to comment on this. Vaginal hair, like all hair, is meant to protect an animal from the elements. Since we have worn close fitting clothes for, oh, a few thousand years - and likewise, men and women have been shaving for about that long as well - the whole "oh it's so much better for your health" point is moot. If you like being hairy, great - but don't use the "it's better for your personal health and hygiene" line. It's bogus. Pubic hair = better well being? You might wanna run that by a few health professionals/OB/Gyns before you make claims like that. It's a personal preference. Period.
