If I were getting lousy oral, it's my responsibility to let him know how I like it and what works for me. If he wasn't open to learning how I like it then he's not the man for me. They can. But, to a woman whose primary source of sexual pleasure is cunnilingus, that may be asking a lot - maybe, too much. Lots of people lose sexual abilities for a variety of reasons and love prevails. I guess that's about values. Poly allows for needs to be met "elsewhere" with no harm done. I make no assumptions about what people "should" feel, enjoy or do... within the boundaries of consent.
