I am seeking anyone in the north central Ma (gardner, Leo, fitch & surrounding towns) who wishes to learn a historically accurate martial art. Specifically the long sword. I am a student and am having trouble finding a sparring partner. If you have no experience I will teach you what I know and we can learn the rest together, if you have a lot of experience I would love to learn and train.

Hi

You could join a local re-enacting group, this would give you plenty of opportunity to practice.
Look up Hans Talhoffer, not sure if any of his manuscripts are still being printed or how much they would cost but if you could get hold of one it would give you pointers not only on sword play but other weapons as well
