Grrrrrr!!!!! I wanted to pull that peniswrinkle up by the short hairs when he told the reporter who showed him the picture abandoning his dog, "that's just cold!" as though HE deserves any consideration in this matter.

I hope he's barred from ever getting another shelter animal again.

People like this make me sick, and the punishment they get is nothing! I volunteer with a K9 rescue we take dogs from high kill shelters, rescues from abandonment and mill situations foster them and socialize them before rehoming them... So horrible and sad.

Sick bastard. This reminds me of how I got my cat Max. I was on a small, back-road and saw a cat dash across the road. I almost hit him. There was a truck parked on the other side, and I got out to see if I could help, figuring that the drivers cat must have gotten loose somehow. That's when I saw him grab a broom and chase another cat out from under the truck, and then speed off. I was able to grab Max, he was still a kitten, but the mother ran up the hill and I was never able to find her.
