If I message a person who signed up on CM but has not logged in since the move, will they be able to receive any sort of notice in their email that they registered with that they were contacted? Will the notice let them know the new address?

If they are still using the same email and are signed up to receive notification of emails, then yes.

For somebody without a profile here, I'd think you have a hard time getting a reply.

If it's from a woman with extremely large breasts, they go to my email address.

If they're from men, they go to ThompsonX.
