Was not sure where to put this sorry if it is in the wrong place. I am trying to attack a picture to a message i am sending. How does one go about doing this. Thanks for any help in advance.

It's weird how it works. You specify that you want to attach a pic. Then you write and send the message. Only then do you get to attach the picture.

Not only that, your attachment won't take if you go back to edit your message (for typos, for instance) and resave. At least that's how it was before CM became CS. Haven't retested this.
