had calley on her back grooming her and as i adjusted her, she kicked out and hit me in the mouth.got my teeth and both my lips and oh it huuuuuuurt. But other than that, i think everything is ok. No split or nothing.

How about you all, any grooming incidences, where they accidentally got you good.

I usually had Silkie trimmed for the summer (my old rescued Persian cat) and Georgie was trimmed up every 3 months unless it was winter. Don't know how Bo does with his dogs Little Bit and Sushi. I know he shaves Sushi himself.

We've had a really dry year and foxtails are really bad, so next month I'm having Kathy shave the feathers and her feet and toes. However in the meantime, i have to brush her, it helps get hidden foxtails out.

Plus it makes her even prettier, which is a bonus.

ha ha, my baby boy a diaper change and a cold room equaled a golden shower.... and I swear he was laughing at me about it as well...
