I am surprised the clown lived. If I saw a clown murder someone and then he turned his weapon on me . . . I wouldn't run. I'd just shoot him, if my girl didn't shoot him first. I found it hard to believe they would risk their lives like that and suspected it was all just acting. However, in the video comments they say the one guys face is blurred out because he wouldn't sign a release. So I checked out there channel and it seems these maniacs are really doing this shit to strangers.

Yeah, I'd turn on him as well....knowing full well all he has is a device....I've got me.

Still hilarious though.

Most people in the U.S. don't walk around armed. I don't mean 50%+1 I am talking to the high 80th percential. It is a lot of trouble to carry. It is a huge responsibility to carry. Even without a gun most people are more prone to run than to stand their ground in a public place(natural caviets for the sick lame and lazy and those with ptsd).
That being said I think you are absolutely right that if that clown(pun intended)tried that in east L.A. or Pruett Iago or Bed-Sty someone would pop a cap in his ass. Then of course pick any small town in oklahoma where even gramma has a ruger bearcat in her purse.
No this has to be someplace a bit more civilized than the U.S. Did you notice the artwork/grafitti on the walls. No gang signs mostly art work. More likely stuff one would pay for rather than that which one would pay to cover up.
Even in a country with limited gun ownership this is batshit crazy dangerous behaviour and I would hope that they have their own SWAT team close by to cast a bit of oil on the waves should things go henshit.
Last but not least what if their shenanigans give someone a heart attack and they die....there could be some serious legal issues.

I have to admit, that was my first thought too. I hope he doesn't pick the wrong guy and end up dead because of this. My second thought was Sweet Tooth, where's your truck?

I don't find this kind of prank funny. It would piss me off. And yes I might wind up shooting first asking questions later. In Florida we have the stand your ground law. I can kill someone if I fear for my safety. However I live my life with the goal of never having to. It would mess up my head to kill someone even if they deserve it. (Master and i disagree on this but I am a bit more civilized not having lived half my life in Detroit). I did grow up in Baltimore though. So while I try to stay out of inherently dangerous situations, running is not my first instinct when threatened. So yeah it might turn out bad for the clown. And while I would probably not face prosecution for shooting him, I might for kicking his dead ass bc he made me shoot him.

It's in Perugia, Italy. They say they select the victims and they target only young and not obese men, but yes... someone could have a condition... in that case they would face from 1 to 6 months if survives and from 6 month to 5 years if he dies.

You don't need to shoot him. Calling the police is sufficient. You cause them to have to come out and investigate and it's a deliberate waste of their time and resources as this is, you get a $10,000 fine around here.

This being a college town, that kind of fine keeps the kids in line.
