Absolutely disgusting behaviour l saw today. I was on the seafront when l saw a man and a woman having an almighty argument in front of some young children when suddenly she smacked the man on the head. There was a massive brawl and someone called the police. This poor copper turned up on his own and took his baton to the man. The man managed to snatch it off him and started whacking the copper AND his wife. I couldn't believe what l was seeing. Then out of nowhere a crocodile crept up and stole all the sausages! :-(

I am just damn glad it was sausages and not bacon. That would have been tragic.

*groan* you had me going for WAY too long there, that was embarrassing.

Did you really see that at the beach? I haven't seen one of those for years, I didn't know they were around anymore.

Nope. Actually, I haven't seen a Punch and Judy show for years, thinking about it. I always did find them a bit creepy, to be honest.

Americans may miss the Punch and Judy thing: I don't even think Mr Punch is Neil Gaiman's best known comic over there, more people read his shitawful take on The Eternals...

Americans have been developing their sense of humour with great effort and energy in recent years, Moonhead, so I think we should try to be more encouraging, if you don't mind my saying.
