Where is the outrage for not providing free condoms to men?

If you cannot get all the free condoms you want you aren't trying.

LOL It is true that I am not trying but out here in the middle of the desert we don't have planned parenthood either. Other than them, the only place that issues them that I know of is the Military (or at least they used to). We have to go to Walmart or Walgreens or some other commercial establishment to get them and they don't give them away.

Try your county health department.

They don't issue them. LOL You are lucky if you can get an appointment with them. LOL

I'd be shocked if they didn't have a big container you couldn't just take as many as you want. Call and check.

[sarcasm]I think you're right actually. Hobby Lobby should pull their money from those drug companies right away! Sure, the cash going to those baby killing divisions of the pharmaceutical companies is just a tiny fraction of the budget given to other products like vaccines and cancer treatments, but after all, nothing is more important than the fact that liberals would rather have more people sick and dying if it suits their political agendas.

but after all, nothing is more important than the fact that people like your self would rather have more people pregnant and in debt if it suits their political agendas.

We certainly don't want corporations like Hobby Lobby reputation sullied by investing in the hundreds of beneficial drugs being developed every day by companies like Pfizer, on the off chance that a dime or two of their investment might be theoretically used to murder the unborn.

Just as the infintesimal amount of money from their insurance premium goes to pay for the prohibited items. So what is your point?

Hobby Lobby should pull ALL their investments in hospital antibiotics and childrens vaccines for third world shitholes and invest it in something else profitable,

Whoa dude first it is that they are invested in the same corporations that make the prohibited items now you are appealing to some sense of moral duty to help those less fortunate than you while supporting heaping misfortune on the employees of h/l...that is like totally fucked up. Why would you be in favor of fucking taxpaying american citizens to help someone who is not?

like guns or oil. I understand that wars in Iraq can be quite profitable. Perhaps a crusade to kill the heathen hordes and reclaim the Holy Land of Exxon would meet with your approval.[/sarcasm]

It seems to have met with yours.

Roberts is going to be around for a good 25 years.

The Roberts Court is amassing a series of rulings on which it can later base larger decisions.

The Court hates when it is perceived as political/ideological. But here's the thing--it clearly is so.

I saw the Canyon a while back, my older brother has a good friend who is a Park Ranger there. It is a truly amazing place. Not sure I'd want to live in the middle of freaking nowhere though.

wetnessaddict -> RE: Hobby Lobby: An Inconvenient Omission (7/3/2014 8:29:48 PM)

Hold on a second...what is all this talk about people wanting "free" stuff? If you paid attention, you'd understand Hobby Lobby no longer wanted to have to provide certain forms of birth control they feel are forms of abortion. Aside from the fact that 40% of Hobby Lobby's inventory comes from China, where abortion is mandatory, the provision of these forms of birth control are/were part of their female employees BENEFITS PACKAGE...in other words, part of their earnings as employees of Hobby Lobby, not "free stuff". Please stop watching so much FAUX NEWS....please!!!!

Hobby Lobby is only protesting a couple of types of birth control, not all of them. They aren't demanding that their employees not use the stuff they're protesting... They just aren't going to pay for it. Women figured out lots of ways to not get pregnant before the methods in question were available. I don't think it's a huge leap to expect that those methods will still work if Hobby Lobby employees don't want to pay for those methods.

No one has provided any evidence that there is any misfortune being heaped on Hobby Lobby employees. If you call expecting them to be responsible for their own naughty bits heaping misfortune, you really need to grow some balls...

Since I've occasionally stated on these very forums that America should just turn the the vast majority of the Middle East into a sheet of glass and be done with the whole mess, I fail to see how your retarded jab at me was ever going to pan out. I'm quite comfortable with what does and doesn't meet my approval. But then I'm a little old school, and still have a spine. I'm really kinda fine with all kinds of empire building, and feel no moral obligation to give a fuck about foreign nations whose leaders have stated that they want to destroy my country.

This, of course, has nothing to do with the conversation at hand.

Ssh. The grownups are talking.

If you leftist freaks had an activist court arbitrarily changing the laws on your behalf you would jump over the moon with joy

But since the court is practically split right down the middle (Roberts gifted you with a very unconstitutional Obamacare mandate) you howl like the shit eating monkey that you are

The anti gun people just want a couple of laws restricting guns not all guns. They aren't demanding that you not use the stuff they want to regulate. You are just going to have to pay for it. Gun people figured out lots of ways to avoid this law before I don't think it is a huge leap to expect that those methods will work after these gun regulations take effect. You just dont want to pay for them.

What a most dishonest post.
I am questioning your premis with your own reasoning and you respond wth this childish drivel. Are you serious about discussion or are you just here to be insulting. I am capable of either so please let me know your preference.

The misfortune that has been heaped upon them has already been stipulated so for you to deny it now labels your post as a disingenuous.

Your interest in my balls is not at all welcome...I am straight thank you. The insurance plan is what people pay into to to show their responsibility for their parts both naughty and not. These punkassmotherfuckers have got the scotus to save them a few bux on their operating costs.

Since I've occasionally stated on these very forums that America should just turn the the vast majority of the Middle East into a sheet of glass and be done with the whole mess,

Spoken like a man with a paper asshole trying to fight a forest fire. You clearly have no understanding of warfare and as a chairborn ranger you feel quailfied to call out other peoples children to die for your moronic beliefs.

I fail to see how your retarded jab at me was ever going to pan out. I'm quite comfortable with what does and doesn't meet my approval.

Your post give lie to that statement.

But then I'm a little old school, and still have a spine.

Perhaps you might share with us just how "old school" equates to having a "spine"?

I'm really kinda fine with all kinds of empire building,

What part of the constitution will we find that in?

and feel no moral obligation to give a fuck about foreign nations whose leaders have stated that they want to destroy my country.
Perhaps if you gave thought to why they might hold those opinions you would not appear so ignorant.

This, of course, has nothing to do with the conversation at hand.

Then why do you bring it up?
