I don't think a "Good guy won for once"....What did he win? Obviously, from the video, the cop knew he was not driving safely but this trucker seemed to be going out of his way to want to catch a cop doing something wrong as if he has a grudge against cops....just my take on it.

The win was the big change in the cops attitude. But a bigger win would have been to do a citizens arrest and have the cop have to appear in court to defend his driving. The bad thing about a citizens arrest is if the defendant is found not guilty then the defendant can sue the plaintiff for wages lost ans any other expenses.

I had a AZ HP drive next to me in heavy traffic at 65mph checking his computer and using all of his lane. Of course I moved as close to him as I could without leaving my lane making it hard on him.

The OC sheriffs have hundreds of, as they put it, fender benders every year because they are on the computer and not paying attention.
