I have seen people raising concerns that posts are pulled and there is no documentation. I have a strong suspicion that it is a glitch within the ticket system. When posts are pulled, the ticket disappears. If that is the case then there is nothing nefarious about disappearing posts and corresponding disappearing tickets.

Well AngelikaJ, there isn't anything wrong with your reporting system and announcements you deem fit for the members. From day one, you have given me a hard time behind the scenes and now you continue on a public forum for the benefit of members? What? We are expected to rush to your tickets as if they were an order from God? I'm sorry, you may take your orders, but I do not. My team will get to things as quickly as they can. Do they punch a time clock for you dear? Do you know where we were last night and all we dealt with? LOL I do think you had some idea. I saw what you were reading yesterday and you know that we were dealing with a lot of corporate and proxy accounts and ARE protecting the members and I was here posting before sunrise and you expect your non emergency tickets to be processed right away or you AGAIN, will go public? I shall start with the punishment for all moderators right away for the glitch or failure to process your tickets with the speed of mini gods just for your pleasure. I do hope you will be happy. In fact, I know you will be so happy, someone will read about it elsewhere. It is finished.

You are correct, there isn't a lot I can say. Taking up for the moderators? What you do not see are the many emails I have on this from one person.
