The roll out of healthcare exchanges at the start of the year has been this bill's only major complication. Several minor issues have arisen and been dealt with quickly there after. That less people without healthcare is decreasing is a good thing for this nation. Further, that many that acquire health plans are not just seeing doctors, but seeing those doctors on a regular basis. This allows for a more regular contact and care then the previous 'system' of visiting the emergency room for routine care issues. One of the initial goals of the ACA was to create a logistic network with which healthcare plans would offer similar care at different cost levels. And that regardless of the care plans, each offer certain types of care without additional cost, and was equal to the consumer purchasing the plan regardless of race, creed, age, and even their overall health. The 'system' before allowed for uneven and very complicated plans that allowed certain groups more benefits while taxing others to make the difference. An it was the poor whom were feeling the most weigh without much of the benefits. Its no surprise to find the GOP/TP resisting this bill when it was presented by the President back in 2009. They knew once Americans started to enjoy this new found freedom, it would become harder and harder to remove or reduce its potential effectiveness over the long term. That as Americans spoke to one another across different states, that those in traditional 'red states' would find those in 'blue states' are obtaining better healthcare systems and demand the same in their state. Going so far as to remove those politicians seen as hindering or stopping such positive changes from taking place. The Democrats were wise to champion the cause of good healthcare for all Americans. Because if you don't have your health, how can you enjoy liberty? Having read the ACA and the additional material to come from it, I would rather see it improved upon, rather than to stand were it does or be diminished. The lies and falsehoods of those opposing the ACA have been exposed time and again as dishonest and foolish persons. The Republicans lost a great deal of credibility when they decided to go against the ACA's vote after they made a deal on nationwide television on what criteria had to be inserted into the bill's paperwork for them to give an 'up vote'. They have lost further credibility in all the instances they have tried to gut funding or the law itself, including trying to shutdown the whole US Government. As Americans understand the ACA, they are finding the GOP/TP has an even more abundant amount of things to answer for; and the frank realization they will get 'bullshit, crap, games, and lies' from the GOP/TP. Fortunately, this is an election year. And its as good as anytime to remove the useless Republican/Tea Partiers from public office. What has the Republican led US House of Representatives done for Americans lately?
