thompsonx, all you need to do in order to quote somebody is place the word quote with a square bracket before and after it before whatever text you want to quote and then place /quote afterwards also surrounded by square brackets. Like this except with no periods: [....quote....] some text [..../quote.....]

Even easier is to select the words you want to quote is by clicking and holding down on the first word, moving your mouse to the final word of the section you want to quote, then clicking the quote box above. 'Select text' and click 'quote', in short.
