Bangkok has some really, really shitty fetish bars near Patpong. Google's your pal. Bring $100 for a complete waste of time. But Phuket? No, not with a local. I have talked with many a Thai about sex. They think BDSM is just more western insanity. If a woman pretends to go for it, it's just another scam to take your money.
