Has anyone noticed the massive influx of cam-girl type vid greetings on the lower left log-in screen on the other side? What happened to the 'real people' vid greetings? Why no hot young guys undulating at the screen?

Perhaps CS is now 'renting' out the featured spot?

Because guys are most likely to then click on the paid ads that support the site. The more things that appeal to those who will buy from the advertisers, the more the site earns. As it's set up not from the goodness of the owner's heart, but as a commercial enterprise, this is why.

MDA: what is that picture? It looks like a zebra centaur. Your profile is hidden so I couldn't click on it and hope you had a caption.

^^^It's indeed a zebra centaur, Des.

Every year around Halloween a small coastal town north of me does a scarecrow exhibition. Most of the businesses participate, and it's always delightful to see what creative ideas they come up with. The centaur is a nod to the nearby zebra herds on Hearst land.

Just visiting Ron. Been over to Stockholm, now in Olso. Fjords in the morning and then down to Copenhagen and back to Stockholm. Need a secured bank loan for a beer.

Drink Ringnes. Damn good beer. We hail from the small town of Hoenefoss (chicken falls) and other areas. its north, north and west about 20 kliks from Oslo.

Had a go at that one and another called Schous. Decent enough but its lager not ale - the sort of stuff they do on the contintent that separates the English from the Europeans. Itll do when you're thirsty and been round a few museums but you wouldnt let your dog drink it.

Nice enough people though. Not in your face and pleasant enough. Stockholm very much like in German cities in that theres space everywhere, and Oslo more like English cities in that people and buildings are on top of another.
