Can't you read? I gave you a lengthy article detailing the history and showing that what I wrote was correct and you simply continued attacking me.

So, Bill sued for corporate mismanagement. What was the outcome of the that suit? The article doesn't state the outcome of that trial.
Bill and Frederick sold their shares of the business, with Bill getting $470M. But that wasn't enough, so he sued again. What was the outcome of that lawsuit? Were the sales part of the outcome of the mismanagement lawsuit? With the second lawsuit being that Bill (and Frederick?) lost?
Sounds like Bill was lawsuit happy, too. How many lawsuits did he win/lose against his brothers?
I think it may be possible that the lawsuits you and Zonie are arguing about aren't the same lawsuits.

Yes it does. That is the set of suits that Chuck and David eventually settled with Bill to get him to go away in 2001 for an undisclosed amount. Notice the second paragraph of what I quoted?

"Settled" lawsuits aren't necessarily indicative of winning/losing of those lawsuits. It sometimes comes down to the finances. If I can settle for $100M or continue to battle it out and pay $110M, it's smarter money to settle, even if I'm right. Those numbers are purely hypothetical. With an "undisclosed settlement," we don't know how much money changed hands.

We do know that Bill won $470M and won again in 2001 for the theft of oil from the Indian tribes. That's about it, though.

How can you be right if, as per your above sceenario, you would pay out 110 because you woud loose?
Any idea why no one takes your moronic asanine crap seriously?

Once again your limited power of deduction is shown. We know that by paying the money they were admiting guilt. If they admited guilt then the settelment will be in the same zip code as the suit claimed.

No we know that you are full of shit. If, as you admit, they won in 2001 that would be prima facia evidence that they would have won in court.
Get a phoquing clue.

Dom (cough) Ken...seriously....quit typing.

(Seriously).

You look like a (worse) fool each time.

Thompson V, you should do similarly.

So are you seriously claiming that Bill didn't win in 2001? I already posted proof that he did.

Bill?

If you're talking about (one of) the brothers....he got some cash....half of 1.1 billion.

He claimed he was getting boned.

He owned 1/4 of the value of the family jewels (in 2001, so you say). It's now worth (his original share) 12 times that.

Did he win?

You tell me.

He blamed the (other) brothers of screwing up his assets.

Those shares, should he have been smart enough to shut the fuck up, would be worth 12 times that today.

Did he win?

I would argue....no...he didn't.

DomKen -> RE: Koch brothers are at it again, those evil bastards (7/31/2014 8:18:03 PM)

What argument? He won. And he's worth well north of 10 billion. Read the article I posted.

Did it ever occur to you that you're an axiomatic moron?

Note; for the powers that be, I didn't say he (Dom....cough....Ken) was (I certainly wouldn't suggest that he is...I certainly don't believe that)...I just asked a pejorative question.
