With an "undisclosed settlement," we don't know how much money changed hands. We do know that Bill won $470M and won again in 2001 for the theft of oil from the Indian tribes. That's about it, though.

If you're talking about (one of) the brothers....he got some cash....half of 1.1 billion. He claimed he was getting boned. He owned 1/4 of the value of the family jewels (in 2001, so you say). It's now worth (his original share) 12 times that. Did he win? You tell me. He blamed the (other) brothers of screwing up his assets. Those shares, should he have been smart enough to shut the fuck up, would be worth 12 times that today. Did he win? I would argue....no...he didn't.
