Ignore them. One of the less happy things about this site is that there are idiots who will try to get you to prove that you're real, usually by camming and showing your breasts or ladybits.
Or, if you prefer, ask them what the proof is that they're fake. (If they make the statement, then they have the burden of proof.) But if you do, they'll just tell you that you're a man and demand nudity.
Basically, this is the sort of crap that you should avoid. Instead focus on the pleasant interactions. Speaking of which, welcome to the site!
Edited to add: I'd advise you remove this from your profile: "Okay I am for one though not happy that my pictures are being reported as fake they are most definitely me. Get a grip. "
Your pictures are NOT being reported as fake, and by including that in your profile, you are telegraphing that you believe it and can be manipulated using it.
