I have made the wooden pony as suggested on this site. My sub was trying for the entire week to figure out what I was making. She asked me once and I just said "something for you". She of course knows what it is now.

The base is an hourglass shape. It goes between the breasts. The middle post is a screw. The bar is a dowel with a hole for the screw and two cup holders to attach the nipple clips. The wingnut below the dowel is how you adjust the amount of stretch. The guy who made it for me put about $9 into parts.. You can go to Extreme Restraints and buy their version, called the Tower of Pain, for $98
