ORIGINAL: RockaRolla So the moral of the following story is, don't poke that HNG. I was contacted on three separate occasions from three different accounts from a guy who kept offering X dollars to do Y to him. I blocked his profiles but they kept coming. Finally I told him that I knew who he was and not to contact me again. It was like "instant hostile, just add NO." He started hurling all manner of insults and profanities at me, and threatened to make me regret saying something to him. Silly me, who just loves to poke the bear, I asked him what he could possibly do to me. That turned out to me "message every male in your state, impersonating you, promising them oral sex if they contact your "other" (read: my) profile. I wake up to no less than 10 messages, which is a LOT for one night in the inbox of a female who isn't fresh meat. So after setting the record straight with those guys (most of them fairly cool about the misunderstanding and wishing me luck, surprisingly) I set off to find this impostor profile. Either he hid it, deleted it shortly after, or moderation caught it before I woke up. I sent an email to support anyway. Well, here's a question: Is there anything more I can do here? Give up on your faith in humanity. Oddly enough, the guys who were messaged wound up restoring some of that in the end. I expected at least one "I don't believe you, you PROMISED me this, you owe me!" response, but nothing.
