Oh yeah, this is definitely on my list of favorite phrases. 

Other things:
I prefer "yes, Miss" to "yes, Ma'am" - but it's the same line of thought.

"M'Lady" has always struck a chord with me.

"please" said in that slightly breathy/growling tone that our boy has *shiver*

Two phrases resonate with Me every time I hear them coming from a sub, on his knees, in a low whisper:

and

with a slight plaintive plea in a soft, deep, bass whisper:

(Just makes me feel giddy).
