Just a quick note: Most people think that anal play and/or sex will make your rectum "looser". By this, they are referring to being able to defecate easier, accept anal entry easier, cannot hold in gas as easy, etc. etc. In other word, they are implying that anal training makes the rectum weaker in some sense. This is not what anal training does. What it does is this: make the muscles of the rectum more limber. Compare it to any other muscle in the body. If you do yoga on a regular basis, you are learning to stretch all the various muscles in your body. You are not making these muscles weaker by doing this; you are making them more limber and, in a lot of cases, stronger. I just thought I’d point that out…probably been said already, but it bears repeating. Fire
