So...the other day I watched this offbeat documentary from 2011 about a mysterious series of mosaics, known as "Toynbee Tiles", found embedded into various streets around the U.S. Most of these tiles are found in the Philadelphia area but they've been showing up in cities like New York, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis since the 80's. And some have even shown up in South America. As I watched the film, I became more and more enthralled by just how utterly buhhhh-zarrrr this was. In general, they all basically say the same thing with a few subtle differences...

Now, I'm not going to explain the whole story laid out in the documentary because I don't want to ruin it for anyone else who might wish to investigate the mystery themselves. But I'm wondering if anyone here has ever heard of, or stumbled across, one of these tiles? And if so, what did you think when you saw it? Have you ever seen more than one?
