Except for people like us, who actually enjoy it. The bondage corset that took an hour to put on me all from one 100' piece of rope. The only one whose ever seen the pics is him and as I recall, we has sex prior to him tying me.

Unlike you CaptR, I'm not into rope (apart from being a rock climber!). I neither have the patience or the technique with my two left hands. I do however, fully understand what people like yourself get out of it. I did take the time to listen to some of the rope gurus and take on board what they find so enchanting.

I don't get the impression that the op is in the slightest bit interested in why, unlike her, some people get a tremendous amount of enjoyment from intricate rope techniques. To me at least, it feels like she just wanted an opportunity to knock it.

I certainly appreciate your understanding but I'm not convinced the op meant anything derogatory. In her original post she was asking a legitimate question. Patience plays a big part in rope art. The submissive must submit to it and the master during the process along with what they have consensually agreed on before, during or after the completion of the tie. Also, what is communicated verbally or physically during the tie can be a key factor to your enjoyment. The rigger or master exercises control as his subjects safety and pleasure (or lack of) literally hangs in his hands. That can be very gratifying.

Did that once, in the winter in the kitchen, move back, move up, move back, move up.........she walked thirty miles, four feet at a time, opposite directions, but she loved the way she looked.
