mmmmmmmmmmmmmmk I'd use sesame and chili oil rather than vegetable oil. And forget the garlic salt and toss in some real minced garlic. Wouldn't use chili powder but red chili flakes, and a bit of oyster or fish sauce and rice wine vinegar for a bit more umami. I also like some veggies. Maybe some napa cabbage towards the end. Topped with either some toasted almond slivers or something similar for crunch.
