Here is how i made the spicy pork dish and what was done and what was used to make the meal in its entire being.
This is what you will need to make it happen.
vegetable oil at least one ounce of it so as long as it coats the frying pan.

one frying pan to help cooking the meal safely it can be cast iron or metal so as long as the pork fits in there.

Ether a nice camp fire for us out door lovers and rough necks.
Or if you happen to be at home a stove will work fine being electric or gas.

some minced onion.
some garlic salt.
Some hot sauce preference is not important as long as it is hot sauce.
some Chili powder.
Roughly any type of pork will do so as long as it is pork. roughly one half pound will do nicely per serving.

This meal needs extra attention especially if you are using a stove of any type.
Be sure to stay by the stove while cooking this meal to prevent fire and or burns of any type.
There is a difference between a man that is hungry versus a man that is dead from being burnt to death.

Steps and instructions.

1. remove the pork from the package ad make sure to use a proper kitchen knife or any type of knife as long as it is proper and sharp enough to safely use.
2. cut the pork into small chunks or cubes to increase cooking speed and a properly done pork to prevent any illness from under cooked pork.
3.Place the pan on any heat source be it a camp fire and or stove.
4.add in the vegetable oil and let it heat to a nice temp if it smokes to the point of causing the kitchen indoors to be cloudy in smoke you need to repeat the whole process again.
5.place in the freshly cut pork into the pan and allow the pork to cook through completely.
While doing so add in all the spices mentioned and hot sauce ideally while the pork is in the frying pan to seal in those needed flavors to maximum flavor and that manly spice some men adore add in hot sauce for god measure to ensure it is spicy.
6. once the pork chunks or cubes are done remove from the pan and place on the plate and use chop sticks for extra added fun. However for those who do not know how to use chop stick a fork will do just as well.

7. Eat and enjoy a good spicy flavored burn that will be well enjoyed and help a man out after what ever that man does after the day is over.

That in mind enjoy and remember as men and more so single men with out any one.
Never regret a manly meal and celebrate your day.

Now that I have looked into it I should have however I own an ancient tech item that i would swear runes were the processor it is way over due for an upgrade.

It is really amazing how many times in five minutes the page would freeze.
Thankfully I was allowed to use some one else tech item and now i can hopefully do more posts.
It gets so annoying on how that tech item operates.
That and i plan on relocating to a smaller place not far from where i live so i will be able to afford more items in trade for lesser space.
Plus I will have allot lesser to clean plus the property owner said I could repaint if needed be.

All good fortune comes with those who wait and wish and place in the effort, hopefully by then soon after I can do more postings.

I'd swap out Isa for Ehwaz, but that's just me.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmk

I'd use sesame and chili oil rather than vegetable oil. And forget the garlic salt and toss in some real minced garlic. Wouldn't use chili powder but red chili flakes, and a bit of oyster or fish sauce and rice wine vinegar for a bit more umami. I also like some veggies. Maybe some napa cabbage towards the end. Topped with either some toasted almond slivers or something similar for crunch.

Use sesame oil for better flavor
first thing in the oil should be shaved ginger and crushed garlic buds. Flavoring the oil with ginger and garlic is very common in many asian cuisines.

After cooking the pork, deglaze the pan and use the tummy bits for the sauce on the meat. If you don't want to make your own oriental meat glaze, you can always buy some "ah-so" sauce at the grocery.
