Just wondering if there is anyone out there into recreational casting. As in getting a plaster or fiberglass cast for a broken limb, but without the actual injury. I myself have a strong fetish for fiberglass casts as a form of bondage. it's like form fitting solid bondage that is inescapable, and for me there is no substitute. would love to read what others have to say about the idea, thanks

I would stay away from fiberglass rolls as they are expensive and without the right tools, (Dremel tool with proper attachment) more difficult to remove.

I have done plaster casts on people for both art and bondage. Very easy to apply but remember use a protective sleeve over the skin.

I went to a class/demo on casting in Chicago at a valentines event many years ago. So I would say yes, there are people out there who enjoy this. They used plaster and it worked well. I would be leery of trying it with fiberglass. Plaster would be just as inescapable without the worry of splinters.

On a side note. I went to Leather Retreat with a friend who had broken both of his wrists and had them both in casts. He had to keep explaining to people that no this wasn't play and he really did hurt himself.
