Alligator tastes just like chicken. To ET, a half croc dino does too.

Hmm, if dino is like gator, a light sauce piquante would be best.

BTW, gator has the texture of a larger ocean fish like grouper or swordfish but with a very mild flavor so it tastes like whatever you cook it in... just like chicken.

Fried gator on a stick tastes like fry grease.. use plenty of Tabasco and ketchup.

But, Alligator Sauce Piquante is to die for.
