We cant help you, there is a support page at the bottom of the home page, and several other pages. You have to contact them.

You have to address this issue to the support team on the other side. Nobody on the forums, not even the Mods, have any power or facility to help you.

If your profile is not viewable and you haven't hidden it, then you're being spanked by the powers that be for some reason. Chances are you know exactly why that is, but if not, you've already been told what you need to do.
