Now it is being used to protect the worst of the worst in a child labor case.

Well dayum that seems to say that if it is a religions practice to behead non believers it is no longer against the law if they really really believe it[8|]

Someone ought to make a court case of that, as well as Devil worship, Tuggee, Suttee, ritual canabalism, and armed rebellion for religious causes. It'd be great to watch the Supremes squirm with that one!

Exactly. When I drop off the alimony check, I don't get alimony pussy. Isn't alimony to keep her in the lifestyle she became accustomed to? It stands to reason I should hit that pussy as I was accustomed to, right?

Aw now, Exile, you're talking about fairness - that's got nothing to do with it. A suggestion: set yourself up as a church and claim that payments can only be made to acolytes who prostrate themselves in penitent submission. Have a different 'prayer position' for each day of the week. See? Religion does supply all the answers.

Don't encourage him, ExiledTyrantism is right up his alley. Complete with acolyte/minions and other men's alimony pussy - and most likely a portion of the alimony $$$$ too [:)]

Well - yeah. One can argue what is alimony $$$$ for, I suppose. But let us not be too quick to judge. It is Exiled's religion, after all, and we should practice religious acceptance - religiously.

Privileged conversation is not a new thing in the justice system.

He also made his 1st amendment objection 5 months before SCOTUS gave their ruling.

You do realize that this priviledged conversation you are refering to is who are the scumbag church leaders who exploited child labor. The court contended that since this information could be obtained from public records the court could not compell this douchbag to name them because their names could be found in the public record.

We had a young lady who claimed she was the reincarnated goddess issis and everyone who wanted to join her church had to give her all of their money and perform oral sex on her.
The d.a. charged her with prostitution and grandlarceny and she got about 6 years in state prison.

Oppression! That's what it is - religious oppression! Not to worry, however. No doubt the DA and other 'heretics' were rendered impotent, which is only just after all. There's the litmus test for religious free thinkers - ask random strangers to show you their hard-on, and loudly condemn those who can't/won't as being religious oppressors. We'll save the country yet!
