A suggestion: set yourself up as a church and claim that payments can only be made to acolytes who prostrate themselves in penitent submission. Privileged conversation is not a new thing in the justice system. He also made his 1st amendment objection 5 months before SCOTUS gave their ruling.

You do realize that this priviledged conversation you are refering to is who are the scumbag church leaders who exploited child labor. The court contended that since this information could be obtained from public records the court could not compell this douchbag to name them because their names could be found in the public record.
