It depends......

It depends on how long ago it was that the "receiver" had a BM and depends on what kinds of food they ate recently.

ETA....it also depends on the Dom/Top.....I've known a couple who weren't fazed at all by the presence of any *bleep*....and I've known a few who REALLY can't stand seeing it.

I've never used an enema and we have anal frequently. He usually asks personal questions before.

Honestly...I get nervous about it. Clearly though he is willing to risk some grossness, so I'm ok.

FR, avoid using too much lube. This is the easiest way to cause an "accident". If it is a female s and she is readily excited, her wetness would probably be sufficient.
Use just enough, you really don't need a ton of it, and if you go in slowly at first, you should be fine. I honestly have never had this issue but I think it's primarily because of these two things I have outlined.
Also as others have stated, if the sub "really has to go", it's ok to excuse oneself to the bathroom to "freshen up".
Edited to add; in the heat of passion, there's no avoiding it though, lol. But you can lessen incidents for sure.

Yah, people mistakenly believe squirting comes from the labia minora, it actually comes from the bladder and water based lubes sometimes are ineffective for some. I recommend oil based additionally to prevent the occurence of too much lube.

No....well maybe.

Your bits generally involved in anal sex the rectum and anal canal are a passage for fecal matter not a storage area, so they shouldn't typically be fecal-full. Anal sex can work some poo loose in some people but typically you can have pooless anal sex or at least get a sense of when you can have pooless anal sex.

I've never used an enema. My body is very scheduled and we haven't had any shit to deal with. On occasion if I'm off schedule or ate something that didn't agree with me, I let him know it might not be a good time but the choice is his. At times I'm off, if I know beforehand that he's going to want my ass, I've used an anal douche an hour or so before and all is good.

I agree with GoddessManko on using too much lube might cause a mess. For me, too much lube also makes anal less enjoyable. Yes. Some stuff is not good for condoms. I do believe it was petroleum jelly. and oil based lubes.
