Honestly, I've seen the list of "slave positions" and tried them. My reaction was "who in the Hell came up with this crap?".

As far as I'm concerned, the best "positions" come up organically-- and I don't have much respect for those who rely on some list of what "should be". One of my favorites was on the couch with him....I ended up curled up next to him, knees to chest, with his arm simply around me. Have yet to see that on the "list".

I suppose if a person was intrested in the more ritualistic aspect of M/s, then slave positions would make sense. For the most part though, I would guess that most, just use whatever position suits them best.
Personally, the only one I utilize is sitting on the floor at their feet. Not because it's expected, but because I like sitting on the floor [:)]

i dont follow a list
however i do like some simple position
dont know if we have the same list , but i liked the positions where i kneel
one position is were i present my collar for leashing xD

Here, here. I looked at that silly list of Gorean positions as well and wasn't impressed. I came up with four straightforward positions for our use, when I want to humiliate, or impose a sense of servitude. They are not often used, but when they are, they are effective.

I like them too... as I said. I just found the Gorean list a bit over the top (and often redundant).
