What are yours?

My Top 5 Bucket List items are:

1. Tour the Egyptian Pyramids (and other ancient archaeological sites).
2. Go on a Caribbean or Mediterranean Cruise (but no way an Alaskan--hate the cold ).
3. Honeymoon in Tahiti or the Fiji Islands, and never leave the hut.
4. Get a strand of genuine jumbo Tahitian Black Pearls.
5. Do the above with my life partner's enthusiastic companionship.

I've done 1. and 2. and I have been to Tahiti but not for a honeymoon and I did go out!

1. Build a unique pod on the edge of a tree line overlooking the mountains. It would be our get away love shack.
2. Sail our boat to the Virgin Isles and stay their for about 6 months.
3. Climb the Matterhorn via the Lion Ridge.
4. Take hubby to the Greek Islands in our boat.
5. Walk with wolves.

I've done quite a bit. While I'm not a "dare devil", I have this tendency to confront things that scare me, head-on. As a result there is little left on my "bucket list" but there are a few things:

1) Live long enough to meet my great-grandchild(ren). Because I became a father so young (and my eldest didn't wait extremely long), my eldest grandchild will be fourteen years old in February. So, it's precariously possible.

2) Complete the degree that I promised my grandmother and my eldest son I would attain (I'm in the process of doing that, now).

3) Establish my business so that my lady(/ies) can run it on their own and still be taken care of, once I'm gone.

4) Move somewhere in/near the Rocky Mountains. I used to say "Colorado" but my friends that live there tell me that pot smokers are no more careful about whom their smoke affects than cigarette smokers and I choose not to get high because someone else wants to.

5) Have three people - not blood-related - stand beside my coffin and tell people that they think I was a good man (Of course, I won't live to complete that one but I live my life in such a way as to make it possible and I'm hoping it'll be completed).

Screen captures (and pissing on shadows) still RULE! Ya feel me?

I'm so envious! <green-eyed emoticon>
Although the love shack is a given , when retiring soon in the tropics somewhere...
(Can't say I'd want to walk with wolves. )

Satyr, those are cool aspirations, esp. the one about living your life in such a way that others can attest to your goodness. Way to go, man.

Cool thread!

Just in the spur of the moment:

1. Travel to Space! THe moon, Mars, the emptiness out there, anywhere. I would possibly go as one of the first in a human colony if the conditions were reasonable and we had enough self-governance to establish something better. That's even if we could never return.
2. I loved the idea of walking with wolves!
3. Bunjy Jump at the Grand Canyon. One of the most mesmerizing places I know of.
4. Travel and learn from those who know more than me, finding a place in instiutions or homes of knowledgeable people in different countries so that I may better understand myself and this world.
5. Invent a new drink everyone love :D

I've cruised both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, plus did a Trans-Atlantic trip. All worth it. I DO want to do the Alaskan cruise.

The above was a big part of my bucket list. I also wanted to

1. Visit Auschwitz (did that a couple of years ago)
2. Tour Europe (did that too)
3. Do something that somehow changes the world (at least a little part). I was a part of making a new statute to family law in my state about 12 years ago.
4. To never live with regret. I still have no regrets about my life, even the things that might not have turned out as I hoped because without those events, I couldn't have gotten where I am now.

I'm pretty on track I guess, lol.

in an open space,it would take several pounds of herb to produce nuff smoke to give another person the effect,in a some what closed space like a public building,it would take half that(still over a 1000$ worth of quality flower)and the doors and windows would still have to be closed....in a small closet or closed vehicle how ever..different story.......
