Hey girl heyyy

November is gonna be fun. Our mail order is already crushing last years numbers. And that's because of me. So I feel like a huge hero.
Although all four of my grandparents and both of my guys grandparents are not doing well. We are in fact making a whirlwind drive to nj to see his grandfather because his failing health.

But things are finally calming down a bit and I'm excited to have some time do actually do something for myself.
My pottery class starts again soon and I'm pretty pumped about it

I'm glad you are excited about your pottery class. That actually sounds fun.

We are being hit with all kinds of work, which is great for us! No days off of course. Not complaining!!

Exile, you see my sigline? Haha there never too much cowbell!

FR

I'll turn 51 the day before Thanksgiving.

Hopefully not in a hospital.

I keep waiting for the distance from Siloam Springs to Little Rock to get shorter so I can test your Cowbell devotion.

Finally, a moment to breathe! Work has been crazy busy the last month or so, trying to get things done before the end of the year. Add a fairly grueling gig schedule with the band(including one with some local legends), shopping for a new car(I has it!) finding a new place to live, and the usual hustle and bustle of this time of year and it all equals out to me being one exhausted man. Thanksgiving is coming up so I need to dig out my pecan pie recipe and do a test run before the actual holiday. Overall though, I would say I couldn't be happier

It's been a busy year. Summer especially. Now fall is here and things are slowing down. The garden is done for the year. horses are back in their winter pasture, hay is bought, pantry and deep freeze are full, LP tank is full (ouch to that bill), new storm windows are on, new exterior french doors are installed (fucking scary project that!), 2 of 3 holiday parties are done as of yesterday.......spending more time in my big round chair enjoying football and such.

It has become my opinion that female slave types are just a flaky flighty lot. And sadly, I have little to no patience for flighty and flaky.

I am continuing to get fit and fab. I even volunteered to help out in shipping dept at work, just for the weight lifting. Although, I have to remind myself on occasion that, just because I can.......does not mean I should. If I don't remind myself, my back does later in the day.

I think it's about time to store the bicycles.....sadness there. Maybe I can convince Generic Dude to buy some cross country skis and join me.

The fur babies are all good. The GSD responded well to pancreatic enzymes and is now back to healthy weight and activities. The other two dogs are happy and healthy. Red headed diva dog is curled up next to me under one of her blankets. My old horse is back to a good weight after switching him to a senior feed. It's scary more expensive but he deserves it and is looking and feeling 10 years younger again. I enjoy seeing him running and playing in the pasture with the younger brat. Quigley the cat has gone to kitty heaven. NO MORE CATS!

In my crazy, save everything from the garden, frenzy.........I discovered a new drug called pumpkin butter. All I can say is OHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYY!!! Needless to say, I highly recommend it.

Generic Dude's business is growing and he's been enjoying spoiling me a bit. Mostly little things like the sexy red bicycle, a new set of my favourite sheets, new dining room table and chairs, nothing terribly expensive. But he did surprise me with a beautiful antique reproduction of an antique piece of jewelry. It's a lovely aquamarine and gold ring. It's unusual, which he knows I adore.

Sorry, been distracted by my favorite MMORPG and Lizard. Also crocheting quite a bit, getting ready for the fair next year. Getting sacro injections on the 21st so the right hip would quit hurting. right now, it's 33 degrees F outside and I am in TX!!! I hate cold weather!!! Can I retire to Belize???

Mom fell down the stairs again on the 11th. Luckily nothing was broken but she is plenty sore. She is leaving in a few hours for Arkansas with baby M, who loves my Uncle S. I 'caught' my cousin in law wishing for raw shell peanuts on FB so Mom and I went to the peanut farm and brought a 10 lb of peanuts for him to share with his brother. I am so proud of myself...I did not buy any brittle, patties or chocolate covered peanuts.
