ORIGINAL: ExiledTyrant Okay, the 10 hours in NYC has taken on a life of it's own. I've kept my comments on the fun and games level, because I've seen the video and if they had called her a fat ass whore she would've spent ten hours crying. Often cat calls and other shit can get out of hand, but I want to take a poll of our Ladies and /girls... so, here we go! Would you rather be adored, complimented, and heaven forbid, cat called. (clothing manufacturers, cosmetics companies, etc... think you do or they would be all bankrupt). Ignored completely, invisible, non existent. (that's gotta be the sweet life. Imagine what it could do for the self esteem) Ridiculed, mocked, and insulted. (I do not think the GAP stands for Guinea-Sacks And Pigsties) Okay, this is gonna sound disgustingly vain and other bullshit. Tough. I've spent most of my life with a face and body that attracts attention. I'm used to it. It's normal, just.......meh. It doesn't squick me out, piss me off, turn me on, stroke my ego, yada yada yada. It just, is. There are many other compliments (or snide digs if that's what a person is going for...), that have nothing to do with my physical appearance, that mean a helluva lot more to me. While I've always tried to take good care of myself which has maintained some semblance of okay looking, it's still mostly, the genetic luck of the draw. Approximately 53 years ago my mother and father decided to fuck and voila! here I am with what I've got. I had nothing to do with that. Commenting on it is an easy shot. If that's all they've got, it's a great weeding tool for me. I'm only interested in people that WANT to see beyond the obvious.
