He's hanging out with Carmen Sandiego. One is missing and no one cares. The other everyone wants to put in jail for stealing the Eiffel Tower. Where does one hide a structure like that, let alone transport it?
NSA Researcher: "Hey Dave, I just found a cardboard box outside of Sydney, Australia that is 350 feet on a side and nearly a 1000 feet tall. I wonder what is inside it....."
Dave, another NSA Researcher: "It couldn't have anything to do with the Eiffel Tower getting stolen. To big of a coincidence...."
