Almighty God, we commend to your gracious care and
keeping all the men and women of our armed forces at home
and abroad. Defend them day by day with your heavenly
grace; strengthen them in their trials and temptations; give
them courage to face the perils which beset them; and grant
them a sense of your abiding presence wherever they may be.
In your Name, we pray. Amen.

BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER

Hearty and humble thanks to all our service members and veterans!

What a lovely way to express your sentiments, OP.

I do love to see our fighting men in and out of uniform. [;)]

[sm=agree.gif] I made some calls today to make sure the vets
I know personally got thanked. Nice to see it here on the boards.

Thank you DC, for yet another show of class.

When we remember soldiers but not their victims, glorify the deaths of millions, aggrandize patriotism, and celebrate militarism, we aren't honoring the dead of war - we're inviting the living to join them.

Isn't that what punkasses say who have no warrior ethic? Any man who cannot protect his own and isn't prepared to serve his country doesn't deserve to call himself a Dominant.
Kinda like this vanilla slob here:
