As I said ...

"Most crimes occurring in Bedford-Stuyvesant would be reported in the media as happening in 'Brooklyn,' to New Yorkers, ... (etc.).

All your OP points out is that the state of CT. and the FBI didn't go by the media reports in accounting for crime in Newtown Ct.

What is your just prior post saying? That the media are correct, and the FBI and the CT state statistics are crap? which would say that your OP is crap? Are you always this logically bipolar?

In any case, here is a geographical map.

And you have yet to explain what your point is in all this.

Read the topic title slowly.

Take your time.

There was no point made.

There was a nonsensical 'riddle' you created (or more likely parroted from a website) about what did or didn't happen within the precise city limits of Newtown Ct. based on a meaningless detail of geographical discrepancy between media reporting and official yearly crime reports.

Read the map.

But then, just to make yourself and all the rest of us happy at the same time, do spell out for us in greater expansion and detail just what your point is.

PS

The topic title was "A question for the curious"

But all the OP did was to make everyone curious as to where your head is at.

The naturally inquisitive sort who answered to the OP seem to have disturbed you. All you've done from the OP onward is throw out meaningless distinction to attempt to trip respondents up with.

You have no point, as we thought.

That, or you are too afraid to spell it out.

Well if my point had been to see which of CM's paranoids were off their meds and hallucinating again, I'd sure have succeeded. But as it happens, I didn't have a point. What I had was a question. The clue to this apparently obscure fact was hidden in the thread title, and the basis for the question was illustrated by the link that I posted in the OP. Politesub53 kindly provided an explanation for the discrepancy, in case you missed that too, and you'll find his link with my thanks to him here. Which leaves just one thing. Any fantasy you may harbor about me being afraid of you is also a hallucination. I advise you to ignore it.

K.

Your reading comprehension is even worse that I thought.

I never made any claim that you were afraid of anybody, but that you were afraid to spell out your point, if you had one.

So Kirata posted a conspiracy theory that is making the rounds, I've gotten it several times this week on FB and in my mail, and tries to play the innocent.

Actually it is quite clear what he was doing and it is so mind bogglingly repugnant that it truly boggles the mind.

I didn't post a "conspiracy theory," Ken. You're just making shit up.

Take the hook out of your mouth.

Then explain, in short declarative sentences, what exactly your intent was behind the OP.

Jesus Christ, guys. Talk about knee jerk defensiveness.

It's crystal clear that Kirata was asking a question about an apparent discrepancy. That question was resolved by Polite's link, which Kirata acknowledged and expressed completion and appreciation.

That's it.

All the rest is the rest of you going apeshit over imaginary demons that you can't see are yours.

Your knee-jerk notion of "defensiveness" is different than most people's, safe to say.

True. The "defensiveness" here borders on the psychotic.

Mountains out of molehiles is one thing. The himalayas out of flat ground is quite another.

Is it really necessary to point out where his head is at ?
Or to note that its been up there for like forever ?

How many innocents were slaughtered in the 2012 mass-shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, CT?

You may check news sources before responding, then click below and scroll down to Newtown.

26 at the school I think but 27 if you count the mother.

As far as it not being listed, the investigation did not conclude until November of 2013 and that may be the reason.

No, it would seem MM covered it all nicely. Not that it will stop some of the more rabid posters.
