1st off- obvious troll is obvious.

2nd- I didn't realize that chat was associated with IRC...so now I'm really of even LESS use.

I just went over to the chat rooms and literally NOTHING was happening in any of them- what is the attraction?
I mean, this thread has way more action in it than anything that was happening over there.

So long as it is soy free- we are good. Soy is bad for my thyroid and I don't want to risk absorption.
