Okay, First I would like to just say Hello to all.. I am fairly new here.. I DO skim the message boards one and again and really enjoy the reading. I am MissAdams..I am a single, working mom of a 5 year old boy! I am proud to say I have been single and celibate by choice for nearing 2 years now... you may look up my profile at the main site for further info. I have to admit, I am kinda making my first post here asking for some help with the main site. I need to know WHO I can report a user to? I read the report thingy and its all out of context for my problem. See, there is a user I had exchanged messages with who I blocked. ((which was a GREAT and awesome choice. but apparently this psycho wrote me a letter under a different user name, which of course was I have blocked as well. But I want to report them for harrassment. )) I feel like, if I blocked you, you should NOT contact me under another user name. I feel harrassed and a bit turned off from opening any message from unkown names now. Again, My deepest apologies for airing this here, I know its not the right place to do so, I just couldn't figure out where the right area was? Posting this is also making me late for work, but its worth it to get rid of a creepy bug! lol Thanks much, I appreciate your time and help! MissAdams

Welcome to the forums petal. Must say, took a glance at your profile and very much like the straightforward, no bullshit approach you take there. Good luck in finding what you seek. As for your problem, firstly it takes far less effort to hit block and delete than it does for the lowlifes to set up each new account and they will get bored of their stupid little game before you do. However if it does bug you, when you read a message, if you look just under the message display box there are five buttons. Two above three. The center one one the bottom line is 'report message'. It can take a day or two to get dealt with but will be looked into.

Well the first thing I'd say is, your photo is very lovely. And in the real world, there are people who dont really have a life. So lifeless people have a tendancy to gravitate to those who exude life. So like everyone before me has said, just use the blockbutton m'dear, just block. Remember, it is only typing, laugh like woody woodpecker, slobber like cujo; but don't reply, ever.......it aint no fun for him then... just block the profile, again and again. If someone's typing is causing you mental trauma, you have real issues that are not solvable by moderators or any blowhard (like me) out here, seek professional help. Otherwise, he will tire of it. There is no 'situation'. Read your mail. You never know, there might be someone as interesting as me in there. (but I wouldn't know who) Ron

Although every response has truth, a big problem regardless of lifestyle context(but even more so here) is that, within the desperation of isolation; any attention might bring unexpected salvation. We all know that negative attention is often more direct and connecting than postive attention. So we have the classic paradox of how to step away from negative energy...more negative energy might only feed it. I agree with the report concept. Keep it succinct and as dispassionate as possible...lack of engagement does eventually starve a parasite. Good luck in all your jouneys.

You know Ms. Adams, I had a similar situation which ended quite tradgically. I was stalked by a young woman (who will remain nameless) who found me on three different sites, had my home and work e-mail and was on every chat service I would switch to. Finally, I decided to invite her over and we clicked for a time. Having regular sessions and enjoying our company and I did grow to care for her. But alas, she distrusted my dog and found my ways confining (so to speak) and wrote me a farewell e-mail. Now I ask you, where does one go after being dumped by their stalker?

I get meassages from such people too.Dont use ICQ or Messenger or online chat because of them. Only way seems to be Block them

When you receive a message you can always report the profile and if you have chatted on yahoo or msn they will deleate that profile of the one that has harrassed you,,,WILLIAM

Gosh dear, this is a BDSM site. Do you know that it means Bondage Discipline Sadisim and maschocisim? Bondage means they tie you up, Disipline means they spank you, Sadisim means someone enjoys hurting you, and the last one means you enjoy being hurt. I lived through just one hell of a lot of abuse, and am probably bent beyond repair. I doubt that I will ever think like one of those boring "Normals".
