Honest and discreet are often mutually exclusive. The question is, what are you trying to hide vs. what do you want to make known?
I'm guessing you want to give enough information about you to possibly find a partner, while keeping your non-kink life hidden. This is understandable. Few will expect you to give your full name, address, and work history. The ones who do will be scammers trying to manipulate you into proving you're "real" by giving them ammunition to blackmail.
You don't need to talk about your professional life. Talk about who you are outside of that. I don't just mean your kinks, either. Talking about your hobbies will make you seem more well rounded than the average Joe or Jane that many sift through on this site.
You don't have to include a picture of your face, but I will warn you that not having one will turn away some. Don't fret over this, because for everyone who is turned off there will be one who doesn't mind. I'd suggest putting up one of you in a wig and makeup, hiding your professional identity if you feel it's threatened.
Have patience, and don't get discouraged. Do your own browsing and don't wait for people to come to you. Don't get frustrated when your messages aren't responded to; no response is a response and most people on personals sites have learned there is a danger to outright rejecting people. Don't be afraid to use the block and report functions if you need to.

ETA: I'd recommend you avoid putting up pictures of you bent over showing off your ass, or at least not make them your main profile picture. Gratuitous shots of Ass/boobs/genitals are often a turnoff for people looking for more than one night stands or easy targets to scam, and are generally in poor taste. But the latter is my personal take on it. For some reason I can't pull up your profile (CS gives me an error message and the problem may not be on your end) so I can't tell exactly what you're looking for at this time.
